designdice.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with a highly-secure online store, allowing us to make our products available worldwide. Your data will be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store all your data on secure servers behind a firewall. If we ever need to remove your data, this offers us a single point of contact to ensure that it is done quickly and efficiently.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com (and therefore used by our company) adhere to the standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) for the processing of online payments (including payment details). PCI-DSS is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We do not share your contact details with anyone (so no third-party mailouts). However, as a natural part of the hosting process, some of the tracking data is accessible to the people at Wix.com (functionality) and, depending on your browser settings, other organisations such as Google (general browsing info). In certain circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal information (for example; where we are involved in legal proceedings, or under the requirements of legislation, a court order, or a governmental authority). We do not require any further consent from you in order to share your data in such circumstances and will comply as required by any legally binding request that is made of us.

This is information you will have given us when either ordering a product from the site (allowing us to ship it to you), or via our contact form. On occasion, we may be in touch to notify you of significant changes to this policy, changes to our website or product changes. Details of how to remove this information from our records is listed in section 7.0 below.
