Shipping & returns
Despite our glossy exterior (and all the positive stories about us), we are still a small start-up. As such, we have a slightly unusual shipping policy that works to get your dice to you safely, responsibly, and in reasonable time – without trying to pretend we are a commercial giant with next-day delivery!
Delivery information
We aim to process your order quickly and ensure that your designdice™ arrive with you safely. However, as we are small, we have a simple mailing process with a single shipping run per week – normally on a Monday. This decision was made as part of a series of efforts to keep our environmental impact to a minimum. This means that your order will sometimes take us a few more days than normal to process before being sent to you. For example, if you placed a UK order on a Tuesday, it could take between 8–10 days for your dice to arrive. If you ordered on a Friday, it may only take 4–5 days. Standard costs for a single set (£GBP) are as follows, but are confirmed at checkout and there are options;
UK standard; £4.99 flat rate (allow 5–10 working days). Free delivery in the UK for orders over £180.00
International standard; From £12.99 (allow 15–20 working days).
Special delivery; Fast or larger orders may incur additional costs depending on size and location (and this does very hugely). Please do contact us ahead of ordering, as we may be able to arrange a more competitive price for your order.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your designdice™. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excludes shipping). You will need to pay for the delivery of returned items and ensure that they are returned to us undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all elements present. Please note that items are your responsibly until they reach us and you may, therefore, wish to choose a recorded delivery service. If you have purchased your product from a retailer please contact them in the first instance if you are not satisfied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

End-of-life
If you ever need replacements, you will be able to order these online (coming soon). If you ever get to the point where you feel that you’ve outgrown your dice, simply find someone you can share them with and pass them on. In the unlikely event that you need to recycle your designdice™, you can send the whole package back to us via the returns address above, and we will recycle it for you. All the elements (dice, tin & paper parts) were selected so the components are clearly identifiable and can be recycled or reconstituted easily. At this point in time, the foam inserts are not recyclable, but we are working on that.
